Postage
• Items under £30 are delivered via 1st Class Royal Mail
• Items over £30 are delivered via Business Post and require a contact number to ensure successful delivery.
• We always post within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment.
Payment
• Payment must be made within 5 days of listing ending unless you have contacted us prior to bidding.
• We prefer PayPal and also accept cheques, postal orders and credit cards.
Returns Policy
• We are pleased to offer all of our customers a 14 day no quibble returns policy, 21 days for BFPO Overseas (exceptions apply, see specific listings).
• Please notify us by email before returning.
• If for any reason your not happy with your it please return in the original condition and packaging for a refund or exchange.
• Postage costs are at ALL times buyers responsibility and this will be deducted from refund amount unless an error on our part has occurred.
