At Glitterbelles we want our customers to
enjoy shopping with us. To assist our customers we kindly ask that you take the
time to read our TERMS AND CONDITIONS. When purchasing from us you are stating
that you have read our Terms and Conditions and that you agree to them. Should
you have any questions please let us know… we always aim to please.
Payment
Policy
I accept payments by Paypal, bank drafts
and postal order.
I am also able to accept payments via
Nochex. If you wish to pay by Credit/Debit card but you do not have a Paypal
account please email me after checkout.
IM SORRY BUT I DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES.
International Bidders please pay by
Paypal or Nochex,
On multiple purchases, pay full price
postage on the most expensive item and all additional purchases will be
reduced by 50p. This discount will be deducted automatically.
Further postal discounts may be given on
bulk purchases of 4 or more items purchased together in a single
transaction...please email me for details or request an invoice total. Thank
you.
Shipping Policy
Items are usually dispatched within 3
working days. Customers are asked to consider the time factor when
placing orders and ensure they allow enough time. I cannot be held
responsible for the length of time it takes for the Royal Mail to deliver
your order.
We send out orders on:
- MONDAYS
- WEDNESDAYS
- FRIDAYS
Should you have any special requests
please email me directly as sending a note with payment may be over looked.
To avoid disappointment customer should
purchase the SPECIAL DELIVERY option if they require items quickly. If you
pay for special delivery your order will be sent on the next available
posting day, so you will receive it the day after the posting day. Should
you need the order URGENTLY please email me and we will try where possible
to arrange this for you.
I always obtain proof of postage. I
cannot be held responsible for any items after they have been dispatched.
This responsibility lies with The Royal Mail, who do not consider an item
lost until after 15 days (21 days for International delivery). Lost
items cannot be claimed for until the 15 days have passed (21 for
International deliveries)
Customers are advised to purchase the
Recorded Delivery option, which makes the item easier to trace, though this
doesn’t insure Jewellery items, in which case customers should purchase the
Special Delivery option.
We only sell items that we physically
have in stock. But should we mistakenly over list we will inform you to
explain why your item has been delayed and discuss how to resolve the
situation to your satisfaction, - whether you would prefer to cancel the
transaction, or wait for it to arrive, or accept a substitute item.
We print our postage labels from the
information you submit to eBay, so please make sure your account details are
up to date. Glitterbelles will not be held responsible for any lost items
due to incorrect addresses.
Returns Policy
Each item is quality checked before it is
dispatched however due to the very nature of the stock we sell it is
impossible for all items to be perfect. The merchandise we sell is very
delicate and sometimes things can go wrong though this is not often. In the
unlikely event that you should have a problem with the item please email us
and we will do our very best to resolve the issue.
We value our customers and we will always
try hard to please. Should any customer have any concerns we would kindly
ask that they email us before leaving feedback. Customers who leave negative
feedback without emailing me with their concerns first will receive negative
feedback in return.
Customers are asked to note that for
hygiene reasons Earrings and Jewellery Sets containing pierced Earrings may not be returned. This also applies to Tiaras and any other items of
Head wear. This Policy is set and no allowances will be made under any
circumstance.
Items may only be returned after
notification and must be returned within 7 days of receipt, unworn and in
their original packaging.
Postage will not be refunded and the
customer must bear the cost of returning the item, except where the item is
found to be faulty.
