I accept paypal payments only. Items are usually dispatched the next working day following cleared payment. All items are sent 1st class royal mail. Labels are purchased through paypal & are dispatched to your registered paypal address so please ensure that it is correct. Proof of postage is always obtained.

For any items that are faulty I will fully refund (inc any postage) via paypal once the item has been returned to me. For any other returns - the return postage must be paid for by the buyer. I advise that returns are sent by recorded delivery so that a signature is obtained on its receipt. I will not refund any item unless there is a tracking number or proof of postage/delivery. All returning items must be sent on their original new & unworn condition. They must have all their tags, labels & packaging intact. Items must be returned within 7 days from their receipt & please contact me before any item is returned..
