Order as much as you want, for delivery to an address in England or Wales, and pay £11.95 carriage. Reduced carriage of £7.95 on orders of £150 to an address in England or Wales - just adjust carriage at checkout or request an invoice. Parcel deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Scottish Highlands & Islands (Scottish Highland postcodes include: IV1-IV28, PH19-PH44, PA20-PA29, KA27-KA28) may be subject to additional carriage costs - please ask for costs before you buy.

Can I have an item gift wrapped? We will gift wrap your purchases (with the exception of items sent direct from our suppliers) free of charge and we will post with a complimentary greeting card (birthday, anniversary etc.), with your personal message, to an an address of your choice (family member, friend or similar). We will aim to deliver the gift on the day you ask us. Please ask us about the availability of this service before you pay for your gifts.
How do I pay? We prefer payment by PayPal, but will also accept payment by Nochex - no registration required, visit www.nochex.co.uk/quicksend, Bank Transfer, Cheque or Postal Order. If paying by PayPal or Nochex, please pay to sales@giftsandnoveltiesonline.com. Please ask if you want to pay by Bank Transfer and we will send you our sort code and account number for payment. Cheques and Postal Orders should be made payable to Gifts and Novelties Online.com and sent to Gifts and Novelties Online.com, PO Box 67, Merthyr Tydfil, CF47 7AH, United Kingdom.
Do I need to pay for insurance? No, you don't! We are responsible for getting the goods to you in perfect condition. If an item gets lost or damaged during transit, we will send you a replacement (or give a full refund if you prefer) and make our own claim from the carrier.
Do you give a postage discount? If you make two or more purchases, we usually give a postage discount of 50p for each additional item bought provided you complete the transactions with a single payment.
When will I get delivery? We normally despatch orders by Royal Mail (unless we advise you of another carrier) within 24 hours of receiving payment. You will need to sign for the receipt of large packages. If you do not receive delivery within seven days, please contact your local Royal Mail Delivery Office as, in many cases, missing items can be found there (regardless of whether or not they have left a card advising you). We will email you to let you know when we are despatching your goods.
Can I collect items? Unfortunately not. We operate a mail order service only - in fact some items are despatched direct from our suppliers.
Can I return goods for a refund? We want you to be 100% satisfied or you can return the goods for a full refund (including your return postage) within 30 days. If you are returning goods, please email us to let us know. Your statutory rights, of course, remain unaffected.
When will I get feedback? We believe you deserve feedback as soon as you pay. Our automated system will normally leave positive feedback for you, usually within a few minutes of us receiving your payment. Please leave feedback for us when you receive your goods. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but, if you have a problem, please contact us to try and resolve this before you leave feedback.
