 | A: Shipping and handling costs can be seen by clicking on the 'shipping calculator' button which is clearly situated at the top and bottom of the item description. This sum includes handling and packaging costs. |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |

 | A: Yes. You do not have to request the shipping total. When you check out, our checkout system will automatically combine postage for you. If you have bought multiple different items, we recommend that you wait at least half an hour before checking out, as this gives time for our checkout system to gather all the information it needs. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: We will be in touch by email when we receive your payment, and when we dispatch your item. Usually delivery is within two working days of the dispatch date. However, for some items delivery time will be longer. Check the item description for full details. |

 | A: PLEASE CHECK THE ITEM DESCRIPTION. Some items can only be sent to UK MAINLAND addresses. This means England, Wales and Scotland, MAINLAND only. Please note that Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man etc are NOT UK Mainland. |

 | Q: Why havn't I received any acknowledgement of payment received/shipping details from you? |

 | A: If you have not received any emails from us it will be for the following reasons:
a) Your inbox is full and will not accept any more messages.
b) Your email address does not exist. This often happens when an the email address you have registered with ebay is out of date.
c) Your email filters are rejecting our messages as 'spam'. |

 | A: Our feedback policy is that we will leave feedback for a buyer when positive feedback is left for us. This is done automatically, and ensures that the transaction has been completed to the buyer's satisfaction. |
 | Q: How do I pay you? |

 | A: Please see the payment instructions at the bottom of the item description. You must pay through our checkout system. This way we get the correct address and the correct payment amount. Payments made directly through Paypal (ie without going through our checkout first) will not be seen, and therefore will not be processed. |
