If you pay via PAYPAL, Postal Order Or Cash your parcel will be posted the next day. If you pay via cheque, the parcel will be posted upon clearance this takes approx 5 working days. If you have not recieved your parcel within 7 days of the despatch notification e-mail (everything is sent 1st class recorded delivery) please e-mail us and we will do a track and trace on the parcel. We will then let you know by return e-mail of Royal Mail's latest information on the parcel - if the package is lost (Royal Mail's policy is that after 15 days the package is classed as lost) we will replace or refund.

If The Post Office make an attempted delivery and you do not pick-up your parcel from your sorting office or arrange another delivery with them, the package will be returned to us after 10 days. Once returned to us, we will notify you via email. If you want the parcel re-sent you will have to pay the full postage again, otherwise you will be refunded for the item minus postage and ebay listing/final fee's....
All P&P costs are non refundable
Returns / Exchange Policy
Most items are brand new and if not are stated within the advert, most are still in the original packaging, those that do not have the original packaging are checked thoroughly before listing and despatch
If there is a problem with an item we will do our best to exchange it for an identical item if we do not have the same we will refund your money and the return postage.
