Postage and Packaging |
All items will be despatched in the appropriate packaging to ensure their safe delivery. Postage will be by Royal Mail or a courier dependant on the weight and value of the item. All items will need to be signed for so please make sure there will be someone at the address we are posting to. We currently only ship to the UK and cannot ship to BFPO addresses.

If an item is found to be damaged or significantly different from it's description a full refund including all postage costs will be given. If the item is simply not what you wanted or you wish to return for any other reason the buyer will be liable for all return postage costs and the item will be subject to a 20% handling charge. Items being returned must be unused and in resalable condition.
In all cases please contact us on 07794 270318 to obtain a returns reference number. We recommend that all items to be returned are sent by a recordable method with a proof of delivery as we can not offer a refund for items we have not recieved.
Any shortages or orders not recieved within 14 days from date of order must be notified to us by email through ebay within this 14 day period in order that we may resolve the matter. Failure to notify us within this 14 day period will result in gear4bikers being unable to offer any further assistance in resolving any shortage or failed delivery issue and subsequently not liable for any kind of replacement or refund.
