Gartree Crafts will either refund or replace any item that is damaged or not up to expectations on receipt at no extra charge.

However we would request that the item(s) be returned to us within 7 working days. Overseas Buyers please note that we are flexible but would expect goods to be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Excluding PayPal transaction charges, we will  refund you the full amount for the item(s) if you do not want a replacement.

Your item(s) will be despatched to you within 24 to 48hrs unless otherwise notified. Purchases over £10.00 will be sent by recorded delivery to UK addresses. Purchases over £35.00 will be sent Next Day Signed For Registered Delivery to UK Addresses. Please note that payments received at the weekend will not be normally despatched until Monday.

Items purchased by Overseas Buyers will be sent by Air Mail Letter Rate  or Small Parcel Air Mail Rate depending on the weight.This is done in order to keep the postal charges to an acceptable rate. If the value of the item(s) is over £25.00 they will be sent by international signed for delivery. Gartree Crafts is not responsible for any import duties
