How will I know when my order has been processed?
|

You will receive
a dispatch confirmation by e-mail. We process all orders between 8:00AM
and 4:00PM Monday to Friday. If you place an order with us outside
these times it will be processed as soon as possible (within 24 hours).
We may
contact you if
you order a product with a BBFC age restriction certificate to ensure
that the goods purchased are NOT intended for the use of an
individual/individuals under the legal age requirement. To prevent any
further delay in processing your order, please respond as soon as
possible confirming this. Your co-operation is much appreciated. |

When will I receive my order?

You should
receive your goods within 1-2 working days from placing your order.
Please note that if you pay via personal cheque we can only dispatch
goods once the funds have cleared. Allow 7 days for funds to clear via
this method. We will dispatch goods instantly on receipt of postal
orders.
(Note that we will dispatch orders paid for by personal cheque sooner
than the 7-day period at our discretion based on your Feedback profile.)
If you are placing an order from outside the UK you can expect to
receive your purchase within 3-4 working days from the dispatch date
(3-7 for our US/Australian customers). |

How do you dispatch orders?

We offer three
types of shipping via Royal Mail. These include First Class Standard
post, Recorded (Signed-For) Delivery and Next Day Special Delivery
(guaranteed for 1:00PM the next working day). Select which shipping
type you would like at the Checkout. Prices vary. (First Class dispatch
is FREE.)
Orders overseas are sent via Royal Mail Airmail (Small Packets). See

How will I receive my order?

We dispatch all
orders in new protective packaging. For games we use padded
envelopes and for consoles and accessories we use hardwearing cardboard
mailing boxes. We also use packing beads and air pockets where
necessary for extra protection. |

How do I pay for my order?
|

Use the eBay
Checkout procedure to pay. We prefer payments via PayPal but will also
accept postal orders and cheques. Please don't send cash. All prices
include VAT at 15%. |

How much do you charge for delivery?

Standard postage
and packing (via Royal Mail First Class) is FREE* for all our UK orders
and there are no hidden fees. Overseas P&P is £0.99*
for Europe and £1.99* outside Europe.
Recorded (Signed-For) costs £0.99*. Alternatively if you opt
for Special Delivery at £4.99* you'll be guaranteed delivery
of your order before 1:00PM the next working day.
The price you pay for postage and packing includes free postal
insurance to the value of £36. (If you wish to insure your
goods to a higher value please contact us prior to payment.)
*Certain
listings incur slightly higher P&P charges. Be sure to check
them before you commit to buy. |

Do you have a returns policy?

We operate a
full no-quibble money-back guarantee if you no longer require your
goods. Please return your goods within 30 days of receiving them
complete and unused and we will refund the full purchase price. In the
unlikely event that your goods are faulty then please return them
together with a description of the fault and we will refund the
purchase price together with any incurred costs. Ultimately
the safe return of goods is your responsibility.
