Q:What is the business address

Q:What is your return policy?
A:I only offer a return on items where the goods are damaged or broken and it did not happen during shipping. The cost to return the purchase to me is not refundable. If I have shipped the wrong item then I will refund the shipping costs. I do not offer returns on items which buyers no longer want or factory sealed items which have been opened.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:Yes. I always offer combined shipping on multiple purchases. Combined shipping rate will be shown on the invoice.
Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:The shipping and handling charge varies from item to item but it is clearly displayed at the bottom of the listing. If I do not display a shipping and handling charge for your country then please email me and I will be happy to quote a charge.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes. Depending on the country I may ask you to pay an extra insurance to cover the items while they are in transit.
Q:When do you leave feedback?
A:I leave feedback when the purchase is complete and the item(s) are with the buyer.
Q:Do you stop auctions early?
A:Unless there has been an error in the auction listing I never end an auction early or add a Buy-it-now.
