Q:Do you post worldwide?
A:Yes, all the international postage rates are listed in a drop down menu in the 'P&P and payment' section of the item listing page. Simply select your country from the down down menu to find the P&P cost.
Q:Can I pay by postal order or cheque?
A:Yes, please contact us and we will provide you with payment instructions.
Q:I have not received my item - what should I do?
A:If you have not received your order after the delivery estimate on your dispatch notification, please check at your local postal sorting/delivery office as they could be holding it.Even if you have not received a card,check if anything is being held for your name/address-it still could be being held there for you please check and let us know.
Q:I have emailed you but not received a reply - what shall I do now?
A:We ALWAYS reply to every email. Please confirm your ebay registered email address is up to date. Check the junk mail filters incase our reply has been blocked. Email us again and let us know you have not received our reply & we will contact you through ebay messages to try and ensure you receive our emails.
Q:I want to return my item - what should I do?
A:Please email us, let us know why you want to return the item and we will provide you with our returns instructions. We will provide you with our returns address - we are unable to accept unauthorised returns and can only accept items returned by post, we are unable accept items returned in person, it is a postal address only.
Q:I am having problems with my purchase - what should I do?
A:We are happy to replace the item if it is faulty. However most problems can be easily resolved so please let me know in as much detail as you can exactly what problems you are having, explaining exactly what you are doing and exactly what is happening (e.g.the exact wording of any on screen messages, what happens when you try to use the device etc)
Q:I am not not happy with my purchase - shall I leave negative feedback?
A:No, please do not leave negative feedback, ebay guidelines advise contacting the seller first to allow them to resolve any problems you may have. If you have any issues with your item we are always happy to help and we will resolve the situation to your satisfaction - we do everything we can to provide a good service.
