Item Descriptions

• Amounts shown are inclusive of standard rate VAT (presently 15%) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Images are shown for your convenience to show general condition and colour of the product.
• Colours may vary with monitor and we make no guarantees for the trueness (within reason).
• Pictures must not be used to guess measurements.
• General (approximate) measurements will be given in the written description, so you can use the pictures and written measurements to infer others that are not given.
• You should contact us prior to bidding or buying if you have questions relating to the product (or anything else).

Postage

• Items are delivered using the chosen delivery method, please select according to your valuation of the postal service in your area.
• We do not accept liability for lost items not sent by recorded (signed for) delivery. The certificate of posting can be supplied on request, but we can also claim on your behalf.
• We reserve the right to upgrade the delivery method to a more suitable alternative.
• Please remember that Recorded, Special and Courier Delivery require a signature.
• Postage costs include packaging material such as boxes, labels and tape.
• Save on postage by combining multiple items in one parcel.
• Total combined P&P will be no more than £8 by standard methods (UK Mainland), so we recommend requesting an invoice instead of paying for items individually.
• Combined orders over £80.00 will enjoy free delivery (ParcelForce 48 delivery to UK Mainland only, please contact us for similar discount to other locations).

Payment

• Please make sure you pay or contact us if you have problems within 5 days of sale. Any winning bid or sale through 'buy-it-now' forms a legally binding contract.
• For your own security we do not usually accept cheques, postal orders or other forms of payment. Please contact us if you would like advice on how to make your online shopping experience safer.
• To ensure the fastest possible turnaround, please use a current credit or debit card with PayPal.

Order Handling and Dispatch

• Orders will be processed as soon as possible after cleared payment is received.
• We strive for a handling time of at most 1 working day, but cannot accept liability for delays.
• We dispatch to the address supplied when paying through PayPal rather than your registered eBay address. These will be the same in most cases.
• We take no responsibility for incorrect, misspelt or incomplete delivery addresses.
• There is no dispatch on weekends or bank holidays.
• Contact us for the fastest delivery method and order early to avoid disappointment.
• Dispatch confirmation will be sent. Please be ready to receive your items.
• Responsibility for delays is with the carrier once the parcel leaves us.
