All stated prices include VAT at currently 15%, please ask for an invoice if you need it.

Q:Do you accept Postal Orders or Cheques?
A:We do not normally accept either form of payment for security, speed and convenience, however you may contact us for possible alternatives.
Q:How long will delivery take?
A:Delivery times are usually 1-3 days, but it is possible for delays to occur. We will email you once items are sent, including tracking details whenever available, and further instructions if you do not receive your order in good time.
Q:Where do you post from?
A:All our products are available from stock and sent from the United Kingdom.
Q:What is the size of this item?
A:Please review the description, we have included a number of approximate measurements (in both inches and centimeters) depending on what seemed most appropriate for this particular type of product. If we have missed the particular measurement you are after, please email us with your requirements.
Q:The item is really nice, but it just doesn't quite match my requirements, is there anything you can do?
A:We would like you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If this isn't the case please email us within 7 days of receiving your order for a return. In most cases we will be able to offer a full refund including postage paid and you will only need to pay the return postage costs.
Q:You sell a set of X bushes [garlands;stems;etc], are the measurements for EACH one or COMBINED?
A:We specify measurements and head counts for EACH item in a lot - we believe that giving a combined figure is just cheating. So £6.99 or £8.99 for 4 bushes with 14 heads each = 56 heads in total. Our pictures normally show a single item except where multiples are clearly visible. Please also refer to the measurements given in the description.
Q:How much is postage? Do you offer combined postage discounts?
A:We combine postage whenever possible. If you use 'buy now' and pay for all items together in a single transaction, the postage will automatically be combined at £2.99 for the first item and 50p for every other item. For example: UK delivery for any 5 items would be £4.99. Please contact us for international delivery (see below).
Q:Have you posted my order? When will it arrive?
A:Once your payment clears, we will normally dispatch within one working day and send you an email to confirm this. The delivery time then depends on the delivery method used (and whether delivery is to abroad, see below). If you have not received a dispatch email, please check your spam folder and that payment has actually cleared.
Q:Do you ship internationally? How long does it take?
A:Yes, please contact us with the destination and a list of items (including item numbers, colour where applicable and quantities). Delivery times may depend on order size, the delivery method, and the performance of your own country's postal service.
Q:What happens if I know I will be away and unable to receive post at home?
A:You can give us your work address instead if it is likely that somebody will be available. Or you could ask your neighbours to watch out for any parcels and tell us to add a corresponding note. Another alternative is to buy a few days later. You can contact us to see if the item will still be available.
Q:What happens if I cannot take delivery for some reason?
A:Non-recorded mail that does not require a signature can sometimes be left at the door. Most postmen leave a card if they can't, but some don't. We always send a dispatch email telling you when you can roughly expect delivery. If that time frame is not honoured, you should contact us as soon as possible.
Q:You sent me a dispatch confirmation email, but I have not received anything?
A:In the email we will have given an estimated delivery timeframe and tracking details if available. Please check the tracking website first as it might tell you that you are supposed to collect the package from the carrier. This is even more important since 'while you were out' cards are not always left.
Q:If I cannot pick up my mail from the delivery office, will it be returned?
A:RoyalMail 1st class items are generally held for about 30 days, while recorded items are returned to sender after just 7 days. If we told you your item was sent recorded, keep checking the Track & Trace status using the reference number provided, in case no card was left.
