| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes, whenever possible. Some heavy items sent overseas though cannot be combined due to weight limits by the Post Office (may have to post multiple parcels). Remember you must always wait for an invoice before making payment (will send a combined invoice for all items). Items will not be posted until the correct amount of shipping has been paid. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Delivery times are given in the listing. Please remember though I do not have any control over the Postal Services once the item has been posted and its up to them how long they take to deliver the item. Also Expect delays around holiday periods (christmas etc.). |

| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes, although always check the the item description for occasional exceptions (some very large and heavy items). |
| Q:How much extra do you charge for multiple purchases? |

| A:Unlike many sellers I do not give a fixed price per additional item. The post office prices do not work this way and you would usually (especially if buying a lot of items) end up paying too much postage. I take all you wins weigh them and give an accurate shipping charge based on the total weight. Email me if you need an estimate before buying. |
| Q:I want to pay for my items but I have not recieved an invoice, what should I do? |

| A:Most likely your email spam settings are blocking the messages (happens alot with AOL I have heard). Check the settings or spam folder and if neccersary ask me again for an invoice, alternatively if you click "pay now" on the item listing then most likely the updated invoice will show up there (if unsure just ask me). |
| Q:I have won/bought some items but am currently bidding on some more. Can I wait and combine all purchases when the other auctions have finished? |

| A:Yes, thats no problem. Just email me when you have finished making all purchases and wins. If you have already recieved an invoice for your earlier wins/purchases then it is usually no problem to send another updated one. |
| Q:Do you have a shop where I can pick items up from? |

| A:I don't have a shop. I mainly sell mail order only from home and not usually available during the week for pick ups. But I do have a market stall on my local market (Kettering) on saturdays, so you are welcome to drop by and pick things up there. Although please ALWAYS contact me first before doing so. |
| Q:Do you have other gaming items for sale? |

| A:I have thousands of single cards for many old CCG's and have hundreds of second hand RPG's, Magazines, Boardgames, Miniatures (mainly GW) etc. So you are welcome to email me and I can see if I have something you need (its no problem to order direct).
