As so many eBay Sellers have different policies, I thought it would be helpful to set out guidelines as to how I run my eBay Shop.
Customer Service
I aim to provide the highest level of customer service to every buyer. This means that every transaction will be guaranteed a satisfactory conclusion. If you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase or service received, I guarantee to resolve to your full satisfaction.
Product Quality
All the products I sell are guaranteed to be current stock, full sized items and absolutely brand new. They are 100% authentic and thoroughly checked before despatch. If they are in any way below 100% perfect I will only sell them in my bargain basement and are clearly described as such.
Prices
I try to keep my prices as low as possible, without bankrupting myself! I am unable to compete with some of the PowerSellers on eBay due to the volume they sell, but I do promise that my prices are as keen as they can be.
Package & Postage
My p&p rates are very competitively pitched. They take into account first class postage rates, recorded delivery charges where stated and good quality packaging materials which I do not skimp on. I promise to despatch items within 2 working days of receiving cleared funds.
Refunds
I do not give refunds on cosmetics unless the item is damaged or faulty. This is due to hygiene reasons and to avoid refund requests simply because a buyer does not like the colour. I give very accurate descriptions and photos of the products and I am happy to answer any queries in a timely manner before purchase.
Non Receipt of Purchases
In the unlikely event that your items get lost in the post, please note that a refund or replacement will not be given. I offer insurance on every item I sell for only 70p per parcel, so I strongly advise you to take this up.
Feedback
I always give buyers feedback so I would appreciate it if you would leave me feedback too as not only does it confirm that your items have arrived safely, but it also gives new buyers the confidence to buy from me.
