UK Order Details

Delivery Costs will vary depending on the Product - Please check Delivery Terms on Each Item

We aim to deliver all orders as soon as possible. Orders received before 15.00 Monday to Friday for items that we hold in stock will generally be dispatched from our premises the same day. Orders received after 15.00 for items that we hold in stock will generally be dispatched the next  day (excluding Sundays).

Please note, Our shipping costs include all our costs associated with shipping your order.  this includes Labour, Packaging Costs, Admin and Utilities.  We aim to offer you the best service we can at the most competitive price.

Should an item be out of stock or a special order we will obtain it as soon as possible. We will inform you via e mail if an item is out of stock and give you the opportunity to cancel your order, resulting in a full refund.

Orders shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class or Signed For Delivery can take up to 15 working days to be delivered.  This is Royal Mail's policy and we must abide by this.

If you have not received your order we can not issue a refund or a replacement until this time period has passed providing you have purchased signed for delivery or insurance if delivery is 1st Class. 

All our orders are shipped with Royal Mail; Either 1st Class, 1st Class Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery.  Insurance is offered on all 1st Class Delivery Options.

Despite our best efforts to deliver as soon as possible, unforseen circumstances could lead to a delay in delivery of goods. Any dates / times specified are approximate and should not be taken as guaranteed.

We use Royal Mail International Signed For, for most International Orders unless otherwise stated.  Delivery times will vary by country and can be checked on www.royalmail.com.  International Signed For with Airmail delivery's target time is within three working days to Western Europe, four working days to Eastern Europe and five working days for the rest of the world.  Tracking Numbers are available if requested.

Please note that international signed for orders cannot be classed as lost until 20 working days after being despatched.  We will not issue a refund or replacement until this time has passed.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT IF YOU PAY BY PAYPAL, YOUR ACCOUNT IS VERIFIED AND YOUR ADDRESS IS CONFIRMED.  WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER IF PAYPAL DOES NOT PROVIDE US WITH THESE CORRECT DETAILS.
