Ebay has put the wording on the star system so if you leave 4 stars it looks as if we are doing our job very well.

You may not know that Ebay has a discount scheme for sellers in place after increasing the fees which is payable if we achieve a 4.6 or above in the stars (over a 30 day average). This is above the levels that ebay encourage you to use.

Please think of this when judging us if we lose our discount our prices may have to increase to cover the extra fees.
