We welcome Debit & Credit card payments which will only be delivered to the card holder’s address. Card payment will only be taken on the day of dispatch.

If paying by Paypal and you select e Cheque, be aware this is the slowest payment method and can take 3 to 4 weeks for paypal to clear funds into our account.

If the delivery address will be different to your account address, please pay by Postal Order or Bank Cheque. Postal Orders are the quickest of the two payment methods. Southern Ireland (Eire) ADD £12.95 to £9.95 = £22.95 couriers class this as an overseas tariff if you are not there, the courier will leave a card with contact details on. You can then arrange to be there to sign one more delivery or collect from the local depot. After that the parcel will be returned to us and YOU will have to pay for re-delivery. Any items in opened damaged packaging or used in any manner, will be deemed as accepted by the customer and are not acceptable for refund.

Warranty Guarantee Products are guaranteed against faulty manufacture in normal use. Warranty Procedure e-mail us a photo of Warranty item - we will advise whether Warranty or manufacture inspection required or not covered under Warranty, Warranty Authorized – return in an outer box via a parcel service such as Royal Mail Standard Parcels NOT Special Delivery. If Covered, we will refund the full original value including postage and the returned postage cost by your method of payment. Not Covered If NOT covered, we can dispose of the item or subject to availability supply a replacement item at a favorable price with a low postage charge. If you want the non warranty item back, then return post will be charged.
