A product that may have been returned to the manufacturer for a number of reasons as follows-

Cosmetically marked,minor faults, missing parts, undelivered and returned.

All our products are sorted into sellable goods, what we cannot sell on E bay we strip down as spares and recycle what we can in regards to boxes, wire, plastic and metal.

We then thoroughly Function and Safety check all products, all parts that need replacing are replaced and any minor faults fixed.

Our products have a full 12 month Return to base warranty and a 28 day policy where as we pay all return postage if there is a problem.
