COMBINED POSTAGE:

We are happy to combine postage on items from different listings (where applicable and not on the "immediate payment required" listings) to keep costs down. However, you must wait for a combined p&p sales invoice to be sent BEFORE you make payment. Alterations to sales invoices cannot be applied after payment has been made.

PAYMENT FROM MAINLAND UK BUYERS:

Collection in person of goods purchased is not permissible, under ANY circumstances. Cleared  payment for goods must be received within FIVE DAYS of the date of sale. All non-paying buyers/bidders/unpaid items are ALWAYS reported to Ebay for further action to be taken.  UK BUYERS PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR GOODS WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED TO THE ADDRESS ON YOUR PAYPAL PAYMENT NOTIFICATION (AND NOT THE ADDRESS ON YOUR EBAY ACCOUNT), PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO SHIP YOUR ITEMS ELSEWHERE.

After placing your order for goods, you have the following payment options: PAYPAL, using either accrued/cleared funds from your Paypal account, or you can send a Postal Order (UK buyers only and not applicable to "immediate payment" listings/after the five day payment period has elapsed).

PAYMENT BY ECHEQUE FROM UK BUYERS: 

Please be aware that if you are making a ECHEQUE/BANK TRANSFER Paypal payment, the transferred funds take 5-10 days to clear. Your purchased goods  WILL NOT BE SENT TO YOU UNTIL PAYPAL HAVE SENT NOTIFICATION THAT THE ECHEQUE PAYMENT (JUST LIKE A PAPER CHEQUE)/BANK TRANSFER, HAS CLEARED THE BANKING SYSTEM. 

PAYMENT FROM NON-UK BUYERS:

Due to high banking charges, the only acceptable method of payment from non-UK buyers is PAYPAL. Please make your payment in GB POUNDS STERLING. NON-UK BUYERS PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR GOODS WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED TO THE ADDRESS DETAILS PROVIDED ON YOUR PAYPAL PAYMENT (and NOT the address on your ebay account) NOTIFICATION, PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO SHIP YOUR ITEMS ELSEWHERE.

POSTAGE & PACKING:

We do our absolute best to ship orders within 24 hours of cleared payment being received. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are despatched on Monday (no despatches/post on Bank Holidays).

We do obtain proof of posting. However, we reserve the right to add postal insurance to high value sales invoices, to protect the buyer in the event of their goods being mislaid in the postal system.

All INTERNATIONAL orders are shipped by standard Royal Mail Airmail, TO THE ADDRESS DETAILS PROVIDED ON YOUR PAYPAL PAYMENT NOTIFICATION ONLY (and NOT the address on your ebay account), uninsured unless buyer pays for insurance. Unless insurance is paid for, it is not possible to track your order. However, we have sent out a vast quantity of parcels and have not encountered any problems. All international goods are sent in appropriate packaging to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.

GOODS LOST IN TRANSIT:

All goods are sent securely wrapped and rarely go astray. ROYAL MAIL DO NOT CONSIDER CLAIMS TO BE LOST UNTIL 15 WORKING DAYS AFTER THE EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE (UK only)....If your item has NOT ARRIVED AFTER THIS TIME, we will PROCESS A CLAIM FOR LOSS. Royal Mail will send you a form to sign to confirm non-receipt BEFORE any compensation is paid (this also applies to goods sent via Recorded Delivery). We will refund/replace your purchase/s WHEN WE RECEIVE PAYMENT FROM ROYAL MAIL.

Please note: NON-UK/OVERSEAS lost item claims can take several weeks to process whilst Royal Mail attempt to trace the item and ROYAL MAIL WILL NOT CONSIDER NON-UK CLAIMS FOR LOSS UNTIL 25 WORKING DAYS AFTER THE EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE.

PLEASE NOTE: The above applies only to Royal Mail standard and recorded delivery services, any other delivery services used track parcels throughout the postal system and, for that reason, claims are paid out much more quickly!

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:

Goods damaged in transit may be returned for a refund including postage costs, subject to a successful claim for damage from Royal Mail up to their current maximum (see Royal Mail web site) for recorded or standard delivery. Royal Mail will send you a form to sign BEFORE any compensation is paid, asking for confirmation and supporting photographs illustrating that your goods have been damaged in the post. 

You must retain packaging damaged in the post and, if possible, take a photo of the damaged packaging before you open it.

FAILED/NON-DELIVERY/RETURNED GOODS 

If items are returned to us due to non-delivery at your Paypal registered address, then YOU the customer will be liable for the return costs to us by Royal Mail (where applicable). If items are required to be re-sent as Royal Mail attempted delivery, but failed, and the goods are subsequently returned to us as they were not collected by the purchaser, then YOU the customer will be liable to repay the P&P charge for a second delivery.

RETURNS POLICY:

If you are unhappy with your goods, then they may be returned for a refund of the original purchase price, provided that they are UNOPENED/UNUSED AND IN THE SAME BRAND NEW CONDITIONS AND ARE RETURNED BY RECORDED/SPECIAL DELIVERY SERVICE, WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT, BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT. However, please note that postage and packing costs incurred by a customer returning goods are NON-REFUNDABLE (unless the item/s are proved to be faulty).

Our returns policy does NOT apply to the following items: knitting and crochet patterns/books & tuition booklets, ribbon roses, fabric tape, ribbon, and curtain tape.

ALL RETURNS MUST  BE INSURED IN TRANSIT 

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE PURCHASING ADHESIVE, INTERFACING, FABRIC REPAIR TAPE, PRESS/SNAP FASTENERS, ROTARY CUTTERS, ROTARY BLADES,  SIDECUTTERS, SCISSORS, TOOLS AND IMPLEMENTS, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY HANDLING/USING THE PRODUCT. ALL ROTARY CUTTERS, BLADES, SCISSORS, SNAP FASTENER KITS, TOOLS AND IMPLEMENTS ETC., ARE FOR SALE ONLY TO CUSTOMERS OVER THE AGE OF 18

We will do everything within our powers to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. Images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, although it is always difficult to reproduce shade colours/images exactly on computer screens.
