Payments we accept are Credit/debit card {via paypal}and Paypal only from overseas customers.For E.U. countries we also accept bank transffer {bacs} please contact us for details once purchased from ebay.UK customers is same as overseas plus postal orders or cheques{purchase sent once payment has cleared.}All items must be payed for within 7 days{all nopayers are reported to ebay} so if problem with payment please e/mail us using "contact member" link at the top of the page as soon as possible.
Also if payment is via PAYPAL delivery is done to address given when payment was made and can not be change after payment is recieved by us.
Services used are:- Within the UK/1st and 2nd class/1st and 2nd class recorded /special nextday {this comes with insurance and tracking within price.}
Some item have FREE postage these are sent via 2nd Class post.
International customers we provide airmail {no tracking} and international signfor {This comes with insurance and tracking within price.}
All orders are despatched within 24hours of order being placed monday to friday excluding bank holidays.
All preorders are despatched a day or two BEFORE released in the shops in the UK.
In all cases delivery dependant on postal service purchase but e/mail sent when order despatched.
FREE POSTAL INSURANCE.
All items that are despatched within the UK come with a free postal insurance upto £29.
This is subject to ROYALMAIL terms and conditions.
If you purchase SPECIALDELIVERY nextday service this covers you for purchases upto £500 and comes with tracking.
Any item that the purchaser has not recieved and a claim made with ROYALMAIL is subject to ROYALMAILS enforcement terms and conditions and ROYALMAILS decision is final on compensation offered.
If item is lost in the post we are unable to take any action untill 15 working days {3 weeks} UK sales and 25 working days {5 weeks} for outside UK have passed and could take as long as 4-8 weeks from when claim was first made and submitted.
For overseas customers you may contact us in regard quote for insurance but we do offer INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR and AIRSURE services and this does have insurance with it. |
