| A:Depending on your postage option.. UK customers can expect there items within 1 -3 working days. International items are normally delivered between 3 - 10 working days.

| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes we do, you can normally find the postage cost for your country in the postage section. If your country is not in the drop down menu, please email for postage costs. |

| A:For UK customers we accept paypal, cheques, postal orders and bank transfers (please email when paying for details). Paypal address is emmafrain@tiscali.co.uk. Please make postal orders and cheques payable to Emma Frain. For international customers paypal only please. |
| Q:If my item does not arrive what should I do? |

| A:All items are sent through Royal Mail. If you are not in when they deliver the item it will be taken to your local Royal Mail sorting office. They will hold it for 3 weeks before returning the item to us. They will normally leave a card to let you know. If you do not a have a card we still recomend that you always check with your sorting office. |
