We aim to dispatch all our goods using Royal Mail where possible. Some items, particularly heavy or bulky items, will be dispatched using other delivery services such as DHL or Parcelforce. Where postal charges apply on an item we will always combine shipments to offer our customers the most cost effective solution. All our items are packaged securely using protective materials where required. We aim to dispatch within three working days of cleared payment.
