Sales Outside The UKDue to very high bank charges in the UK for any cheque or money order exchange from non UK foreign currency to pounds, we can only accept Pay Pal payments for all non UK sales. We would never recommend sending cash by post, however if you do, always ensure you use a mail service with insurance cover and a registered / singed for service.
Dispatch and Returns Policy
All goods are normally shipped within one to three working days of cleared funds being received (4 - 6 days for cheques to clear) We offer a 14 day returns policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. The buyer must inform us of his or her wish to return an item first, via email or the ebay message system before returning the item for any reason. Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded if stock is not available, and return postage will be refunded. In the case of items that are simply unwanted, buyers must pay the postage costs of receiving and returning unwanted items. All returns of this kind must be undamaged, in the original packaging and in a fully re-saleable unused condition. They must also be returned via a trackable/ registered postal system.
