 | A: We always send a dispatch email. We always use first class post so if your package hasn't arrived within 7 working days please call. Check at your sorting office, they can get stuck in their vortex in the back left corner! |

 | A: We use Royal Mail, we weigh all items and measure them to see if they are letters, large letters or packets. We then charge the exact postage as set by Royal Mail for individual items. |

 | A: We are offering combined postage on all products; we are removing the Pay Now button to enable you to combine shipping. If your total postage isn't combined please email and we will issue an invoice with the combined postage totals for you. |

 | A: Unfortunately not, again. John Hinde only produce one colour per name so there isn't a choice of colours.

 | A: Anything you want, as long as it is no more than 9cm high and 19cm width.
We have done text, photographs, abstract art, illustrations and images and even printed kiddies pictures on too! Give it a go, you won't be disappointed |

 | A: They are dishwasher safe.
The colours will never fade as they are made using sublimation dyeing techniques meaning the colours are dyed into the bottle coating and not printed on top of it. The colours and detail stay as vivid as the day you bought it. |
