ITEM CONDITION All the items I sell are new, unless specifically stated otherwise.
RETURNS Please inform me within 7 days of any problems. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days, complete with all tags, packaging, etc, have not been worn and in the same clean and smoke-free condition they were sent out. Return postage to be paid by buyer. Payment will be refunded, less the cost of outgoing postage. If the item is found to be faulty or not as described, I will refund the outgoing and return postage. For hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns of lingerie items.
