REFUND POLICY

We try to describe all items as honestly and accurately as possible.

If due to an error on our part any item differs significantly from our description and/or photographs, a full refund including all postage costs will be given.

If you have a change of mind on an item that has been accurately described/photographed, a refund will be given of the purchase price only less our sellers commission paid to eBay (which we can not re-claim).

In both cases we must be notified by e-mail within 3 days of receipt. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days in the same condtion as when dispatched.

We can not accept responsibility for any item(s) lost or damaged in transit, therefore no refund will be given. Seperate insurance cover if required is available upon request.  We always obtain a postage paid receipt but please remember that this offers no tracking facility, it is for proof of dispatch only.
