PAYMENT
Payment must be received within 7 days after auction has closed or item has been sold as buy now. Negative feedback will be given to non-paying buyers unless advance notice has been given. Final Value Fee Credits will be claimed from Ebay for all non-paying buyers. Ebay will be contacted over non-payment. Non-paying buyers with also receive a item strike from Ebay. Action will be taken over non-payment after the first 7 days.

PACKING
All items will be checked before posting, All items will be posted 1st class within 24 hours or next working day, Once payment has been confirmed, Please let us know once you have not received your package in 10 working days, We will follow it up with our post office.
We use the P&P to cover our shipping & packing department's costs including packaging materials, fuel charges, boxes, envelopes, labels and warranty costs. Please don't bid/buy if you disagree with the charges.

TERMS OF SALE
We will happily offer you an exchange or refund less postage & packaging if goods are returned as sent within 14 days. Return postage is at the buyers cost. In cases where items returned in a condition that differs to that in which they were dispatched,(ie-opened/damaged/used) refund will be granted at our sole discretion and could be partial. If upon delivery the item is faulty, Please contact us within 14 days of receipt and let us know about the problem. We will gladly exchange the faulty item or refund the price you paid and the original postage and packaging and returned postage fees if we ask for the item to be returned. Unauthorised return by the customer will not be accepted and a refund will not be offered. For any lost in post item, Refund can only be given for the price of the goods but not the original postage and packaging fees, Also the refund will be issued after Royal Mail has fully investigated and compensated us for the missing items.
