Availability: Unlike most other online traders, Forge Games only sells what is in stock and is available for immediate dispatch.

New Items: All items sold as *NEW* are just that; brand new products that have never been used. Unlike many online traders, Forge Games does not shrink-wrap used items and pass them off as new.

Used Items: We try our best to honestly describe the condition of all our used items. Ultimately however we must advise customers to look carefully at the pictures and ask us questions to confirm what they are purchasing. Used items are sold 'as seen'.

Painted Models: Occasionally we sell painted models. We will try and describe them as best as we can and provide good pictures of the items. However, painted items are sold 'as seen'. Note that we will never use the phrase 'pro painted' to describe our painted models.

Payment: Please note that, at present, we only accept PayPal. Customers are asked to settle within five working days. If you are unable to meet this request, please email us soonest.

Postage: All items are sent via the Royal Mail. Overseas we will only send via Airmail. Goods only sent upon confirmation that payment has cleared.

Delivery: We aim to post items the next working day following confirmation of payment. Customers will be informed when goods are posted. We expect the Royal Mail to deliver to UK customers within five working days of posting; overseas customers ten working days.

Insurance: All items are sent with proof of postage. This includes insurance up to £36.00 for goods purchased via auction. It is strongly recommended that customers purchasing items by auction valued at more than £36.00 take out the optional insurance. Forge Games abides by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Returns: If you change your mind about a purchase from us, please email within 1 week of the transaction. Items returned in the condition we sent them will be refunded. Note that this means sealed boxes/blisters must be returned with all packaging intact. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any postal charges incurred and all customers must contact us to obtain a return number.

Faulty Goods: If the products arrive damaged, incomplete, incorrect or not as described please contact us immediately to resolve any issues. Often it is quicker to deal direct with the manufacturer when sealed items are missing parts. Once customers contact us we will resolve any issues immediately.

Customs: Forge Games are not responsible for any charges you may have to pay in taxes or customs duty.
