DELIVERY:
Fast shipping is our brand name. We will post your item on the same working
day (Mon-Fri) if the payment is received before 3pm. If the payment is
received after 3pm on a working day (Mon-Fri), we will post the item on the
next working day or if paid after 3pm on Friday, the item will be posted on
Monday morning. We use Royal Mail's first class recorded service for smaller
packages and DHL 48 hours for larger parcels.
The delivery time is 1 to 3 working days (Mon-Fri). This information is given
as a guideline only provided by Royal Mail and the courier company. These
delivery times may vary due to a busy period or other similar circumstances
which are out of our control and because of this we cannot be held responsible
for delays in postal deliveries.
If you don't receive your item within 5 working days from the day it was
dispatched please e-mail us and contact your local post office to check if
they don't hold your package for any reason.
PAYMENT
To pay for an item purchased from us you need to have a PayPal account, a
cheque or you can buy a postal order from a Post Office and post it to us. We
prefer electronic payments by PayPal because is the safest and quickest method
of payment available. All major credit and debit cards are accepted through
PayPal. We don't have the facility to accept credit and debit cards over the
phone or in person.
To pay by personal cheque or a postal order you need to write the item number
on the back of the personal cheque or postal order, include a copy of the item
page with your postal address and send it to us within 7 days from the day you
purchased your item. Once the postal payment has been received, we will send
you an e-mail to acknowledge this. If you send a postal order we will ship
your item immediately, however, if you send a personal cheque we will need 5
working days for the cheque to clear. Once the cheque clears successfully we
will post your item immediately.
Please make a payment within 7 days to avoid unpaid item reminder being issued
against you which will subsequently lead to unpaid item strike.
SPECIAL OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS
Free daypack offer: Free daypack is offered when you buy any two or more large
rucksacks or wheeled holdalls going to a same address. The design and colour
of the free daypack may vary. To qualify for the free daypack you need to
purchase any two or more large rucksacks or wheeled holdalls (large rucksacks
are 60 litres and over, large wheeled holdalls are 26 inch and over). Other
backpacks, rucksacks, holdalls and wheeled holdalls may be listed as large,
however, if they are smaller than 60 litres for rucksacks and smaller than 26
inch for wheeled holdalls, they don't qualify for the free daypack.
RETURNS
You must contact us by e-mail before returning any goods.
We guarantee that all our goods are free from any defects in workmanship or
materials under normal use and we guarantee that the goods are fit for their
intended use.
You
are required to check the precise purpose of each product before application.
Therefore we do not accept responsibility if you put the goods to a use which
is not intended.
New Items:
We will refund items that are returned within 30 days from the date of
delivery of your order. Items must be returned in the same brand new and
saleable condition you received them with all labels and original packaging.
If the goods are unsuitable (don’t fit for example), a full refund for the
purchased price will be offered. In this case postage costs will not be
refunded. You will be obliged to pay the cost to return the items to us. It
may take up to 15 days to refund your purchase from the date your items arrive
in our warehouse.
Damaged Items:
In an unlikely event that goods are received damaged or faulty or have
developed fault under normal use please contact us. We will not offer refunds
for damaged goods. If we cannot repair the damaged product we will offer a
replacement or exchange it with any other item. If the customer prefers any
other item as an exchange then the difference in price will be either refunded
or charged to the customer.
We strongly recommend that you examine your luggage carefully before leaving
the airport. Damage due to mishandling by the airport staff is not covered by
our manufacturer’s warranty and we will not offer replacement or refund for
luggage damaged whilst in airline or airport possession. You must file a claim
with the airline before leaving the airport.
Please use recorded
delivery when returning an item. We will not be held responsible for items
lost in post.
