Making a Multiple Purchase
If you're new to making multiple 'Buy It Now' purchases, here's our handy guide to help you save on P&P and make your order quickly and easily. The screenshots are from a real purchase that we've made recently and are exactly what you will see when you complete your own multiple order.
Frequent Questions
Q: Can you combine purchases for me?
A: Not after you've paid sorry. This isn't because we want to make life hard or get more P&P from you! It's because we get charged for each payment we receive, so multiple payment attract multiple fees for us. It's also because we have an automated order process, so each 'payment' is handled separately, labels are made for your order and the order is sent for packing
Q: Can you add items to my order for me?
A: No, there's no process for us to do this. For an order to appear in both your ebay and our ebay records, you must make the purchase. If we invoice you for additional items, ebay may decide that we are guilty of fee avoidance because we didn't pay final value fees on those sales. You won't have ebay buyer protection on those items either should anything go wrong. Finally, our process relies on orders coming through containing an accurate list of items for us to pick and pack, and we're more likely to make a mistake with your order if it's not as standard.
Q: Can you cancel items from my order?
A: No, sorry. There's no process in Ebay to remove an item from a transaction, otherwise dishonest sellers would cancel real transactions to avoid paying final value fees. Once you buy an item, we have already paid the listing fees for it and you are committed to buying it, so please be sure before you finally commit to buy. While we will always support your right to return goods for any reason, you do need to pay for the items you purchase from us.
We hope this guide has helped you through making your first multiple purchase, and that all your transactions on Ebay are easy and pleasurable whether from us or another seller.
