
Important Information Regarding Phones & Electrical Items
All items are, wherever possible, tested to confirm that they work prior to despatch. If an item has not been able to be tested it will be stated on the listing.
Though we strive to assure that items are in working order we can only conduct basic tests to confirm that the item works. We cannot conduct comprehensive tests to assure that there are no faults that are not immediately apparant.
Please be aware that though we will gladly refund items that are returned to us in cases where the item has been clearly wrongly described, or where the wrong item has been sent, we cannot refund items that are purchased and then develop faults at a later date, or where faults emerge through everyday use that were not apparant to the customer at the time of recipt.
It is also important to remember that most manufacturers will not honour warranties
It is very important to let us know as soon as possible if there is a problem so that we can act upon it before we pay out to our clients. Once we have completed the transaction with the client we are selling on behalf of it is very difficult for us to assist the buyer.
