
Important Information Regarding Items for Collection/Local Pick-Up
Please be aware that we sell items on behalf of clients. This means that all items of furniture or other items that are heavy or outsized will be located with our client and not at our store. This means that collection must be arranged by the buyer, from our client's address. Flogit4u cannot, under any circumstance, arrange for items such as those mentioned previously to be shipped. Anyone who wins an auction for an item that is listed as 'collection only' or 'local pick-up' is taking full responsibility for ensuring the safe pick-up and delivery of the item.
Flogit4u will only release the exact address and contact details of our client after an item has been paid for. Flogit4u will provide only the information required to get an approximate shipping quote from a third party company up until the point that the item is paid for. For example we will say that an item needs to be picked up from London, NW3.
Flogit4u has no control over the packaging and protection of items that are for local pick-up or collection only from our client's premises. We cannot arrange for special packaging of items or any removal from installation; issues such as these must be arranged directly with our client after the full balance has been paid.
Flogit4u can accept absolutely no responsibility for items that are damaged, delayed, lost, or mis-delivered by third party transport/courier companies or individuals arranged by either the buyer or our client.
