ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS ABOUT POSTAGE/SHIPPING

Combined shipping

This is offered on most items weighing less than 100gm, eg jewellery, gloves, knickers etc. If you buy more than one item in this weight range the invoice should be automatically discounted in ebay – if not, please request an invoice from me.

This is NOT offered on heavier items, eg fancy dress, some dresses, corsets etc. The only exceptions to this are if you live in Spain, or if you buy four or more items. In both cases it may be possible to send more cheaply, in which case I will discount your postage.

Because these heavier items are usually set to immediate payment only, the discount applied will be as a refund from Paypal after you have bought and paid for all your items.

PLEASE NOTE: It is NOT possible for me to invoice via ebay you for items listed on ebay unless you buy them first.

If you are buying several items, some light and some heavy, it becomes more complicated! It is best for you to send me a message detailing exactly which items you want to buy. I will then ask you to buy and pay for those with immediate payment, then buy the others – then I will send a combined invoice, BEFORE you pay, giving you a discounted rate to send ALL your items together. Once you have paid for this invoice I can send your items in one parcel.

Whenever you need to request me to send a discounted invoice, I will endeavour to get it  to you within 5-10 minutes of receiving your request. Please be patient if it doesn't happen straight away - I do need breaks from the computer sometimes!

Postage times and costs

The times given in my descriptions are estimated average times only – the actual times are out of my control and depend on the postal services. I post every weekday Monday-Friday, including all items paid for each morning up to 11am or a little later. At the extremes, your parcel can arrive within 48 hours within Europe, but do allow anything up to 2-3 weeks. Please keep me informed if nothing arrives after ONE week. Other parts of the world can take even longer.

If you want something for a specific date I can send by an urgent posting method on request. Please ask before you pay - I will keep the extra cost as low as possible, and will add it on to your invoice. For immediate payment items I will invoice you separately for the extra after you have bought and paid.

Even within Spain the post can be very erratic, but usually gets there in the end! For the Balearic and Canary Islands, one-two weeks is normal.

Outside Spain, I always use Airmail, with a certificate of registration for more expensive items or multiple item parcels.
