1. We never sell or distribute your personal information to anyone else. This includes your email address.
2. We record details of your name, address, email address, eBay user ID and the items which you have ordered. We may also store your telephone number, if you have provided it. This information will only be used to process your order.
3. We do NOT store details of your credit/debit card. We never even see the number - when paying with PayPal, we only see the amount you have paid and the transaction date. For this reason, we will NEVER ask you for credit card or bank details.
4. We do have an email newsletter which you can subscribe to. All subscriptions must be via your eBay account, which ensures that you can only subscribe using your own email address.
No one is subscribed automatically, and you may cancel your subscription at any time.
5. We always send you an email when your order has been despatched.
We may also contact you by email if there are any problems or queries regarding your order.
6. Our websites and other management applications use data encryption to protect your personal information. Our business applications currently operate on computer equipment located in a secure facility in the USA. All traffic between that equipment and our offices in the UK is encrypted.
7. All documents which we receive (such as letters you may have sent with your payment) are sliced and cross cut before being disposed of. This ensures that no personal information can be obtained from searching through our rubbish.
