Postage and Packing Discounts
Virtually all of the items we sell on eBay are set up to automatically qualify for P&P discounts. When purchasing more than one item, applicable discounts will be shown in in the 'Postage and packing' section on the item page. Change the quantity and location on the item page to show an accurate price.
The discounts apply for all of these situations:
- when buying two or more of the same item (e.g. 2 pink machine dyes)
- when buying two or more items in different colours (e.g 1 pink and 1 black machine dye)
- when buying two or more completely different items (e.g 1 machine dye and 1 jar of fabric paint)
How to get the discount
Simply purchase the items you want, but pay for them in one transaction using the eBay Checkout.
You have up to 7 days to pay for the items together - after this, the discount no longer applies.
The eBay Checkout should give the correct discount automatically. If this does not happen, or the discounted price still looks wrong, please contact us.
Alternatively - If you purchase several items and do not pay for them straight away, we will send you a combined invoice with the correct price within a few hours anyway.
IMPORTANT - please contact us BEFORE PAYING if you have any query about combined shipping. Paying for items and then enquiring about combined shipping is NOT going to work, as it is quite possible that the paid for items will already have been packed.
Items with free P&P
Items in certain categories have free P&P due to eBay requirements. In these cases, it doesn't matter if the items are paid for together or separately.
Other postage information
Fabric Paint Jars and Bottles
Although both of these products contain 25ml of paint, the jars are glass, making them much heavier than the size might imply. The bottles are flexible plastic and weigh much less.
The glass jars also require additional packaging to avoid breakage.
Machine Dye, Pre Dye and other heavy items
Heavy items will not have shipping options displayed for locations outside of Europe, as the cost is usually very high. We can provide shipping costs for these items - please email - however be aware that in many cases the shipping will cost significantly more than the items.
If you live in North America / USA, also note that the Machine Dye is only for European style front loading washing machines. It is NOT suitable for top loading washers.
One off specials
We do occasionally sell special items which must be shipped separately. Where this applies, a clear message will be included in the item description.
It is NOT possible to combine these with any other items, regardless of weight/size.
They may be shipped from an entirely different location, or be very heavy, or have special packaging requirements.
