Q. If I order today how long will delivery take?
A. On Ebay we generally only list items we have in stock. We usually despatch orders within 24/48 hours after payment has cleared so you would normally receive your order within 2-3 working days. The same is true for the majority of items we sell in our web site at www.flacktackle.co.uk but even if something isn't in stock it usually only takes a few days to arrive. If you are ever in a hurry for something because it is a present or you are going on a trip then please contact us to let us know.
Q. What are my options for paying?
A. We accept payments by Credit and Debit Card, UK Cheque, Postal Order and Paypal. Cheques and Postal Orders should be made payable to Flack Tackle Limited and posted to us at the address opposite - please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear. To make a Credit/Debit Card payment please call between 9am and 4pm Mon-Fri on 01322 660770 - or outside those hours call the same number and leave a message and someone can call you back to take payment. We don't run a chequespread scheme and we do not accept Amex or Diners Club.
Q. How much is postage if I buy a few items?
A. We try and keep postal charges as low as possible and if you live in mainland UK we have a current limit of £6.95 on postage, so buy as much as you like and we wont charge you more than that. We can combine P&P on multiple items - please ask. Customers beyond mainland UK and those in the Highlands and Islands may have to pay a surcharge on large items - this is passed on by our couriers. Our couriers also don't deal with BFPO parcels, they have to go by Royal Mail, so the charge may also be higher to send items to BFPO customers.
Q. I need to return something to you - how do I go about it?
A. Returns can be for a number of reasons and there are a variety of ways of getting something back to us so please contact us first and we can advise the best route.
Q. Do you buy or sell second hand tackle?
A. Sorry, no. All the items we sell are new. If items are ever shop soiled or ex-display it will be stated clearly in the listing. We don't buy or sell second hand tackle.
Q. Christmas is coming and i'm a bit worried that the item i'm buying won't arrive in time - are you sure it will be ok?
A. In the run up to Christmas 2009 we will be keeping a close eye on stocks to make sure we don't oversell anything from stock so we can despatch same or next day. We will send everything by next day courier or first class post - if you want us to send Recorded Delivery we can, but it will cost a little extra. Last postal date for large items to go by courier will be Tues 22th December (but if you place an order after midday Tuesday or are early enough Wednesday morning we can probably do that too). We recommend anything going regular post is also ordered by Mon 21st at the latest, although we can do recorded up until the Wednesday and in theory it should arrive by Christmas Eve
