We offer a variety of shipping options on most of our
products, including next-day delivery options should you need your products in a
hurry.
Our preferred
carriers include: We will send you an email when you have placed your
order with First Choice Lighting to confirm the details of your order. We will
send you a further email when your items have been dispatched and, where
possible, this will include the tracking number for your shipment so that you
can track the progress of your delivery online. We will also tell you which
carrier your order has been shipped with so that you can visit the relevant
website to track the delivery.

The majority of our products are held in stock and are
available for immediate dispatch following receipt of payment. We dispatch
items Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm.
Free postage offers apply only to areas that do not incur a surcharge from our courier. First Choice Lighting reserve the right to request this surcharge from the customer if they live in an extended area as defined by our courier of choise. Please contact us to confirm whether your order will qualify for free delivery.
Deliveries by Royal Mail
Items shipped via Royal Mail First Class
are usually delivered the next working day after posting, including Saturdays.
Items shipped via Royal Mail Second Class are usually delivered
within three working days after posting, including Saturdays.
Our larger or more fragile items are shipped via 24/48 Hour couriers to ensure
that you receive your items in perfect condition - in these instances it may not
be possible to choose Royal Mail as a postage option.
Deliveries by 24/48 Hour Courier
If you choose 24/48 Hour Courier delivery
when purchasing your products we will ship your items via a courier service
which will reach you within 24 or 48 hours of posting to most of the UK
mainland.
Deliveries outwith mainland UK may incur a surcharge - please contact us for
more information.
Your Choice
Please select the delivery service that you wish to use
when paying for your items on eBay.
If we have not yet shipped your items and you wish to upgrade your postage,
please
contact us and we may still be able to ship your items via your preferred
carrier.
We may at our discretion upgrade the postage on any orders at no extra charge in
order to provide you with the best service.
