If an item arrives damaged or incomplete please make us aware by email within 24
hours of delivery and we will contact you immediately thereafter.
To return an item for any other reason please ensure that you contact us within
3 days of receipt of the goods. Returns of non damaged goods must be returned at
the buyers expense and recieved by First Choice Lighting ensuring that both item
and packaging are in the orginal condition. You will receive a full refund
excluding the original delivery charge.
Please ensure that you order precisely what you require to avoid
any unnecessary expense as a 20% handling charge will be applied to incorrect
orders.
Cancelled orders may be subject a re-handling charge.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Refunds
Refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods and the funds will be
transfered via the original payment method.
