To be honest we don,t really have to many policies and the like. You visit some sites and there are policies and rules etc for just about everything. We decided when we started our shop that we would keep it simple
Ultimately we just want to sell the product and for you, our customer to be very happy with your purchase and to save our shop as one of your favourites in order to use us again
In order to accomplish this we will do everything that we possibly can to make your experience of e bay and of dealing with us as good as it can be.
Once the item has been paid for we will nearly always endeavour to get it dispatched to you the first day (sometimes if possible the same day) after payment has been made. Obviously taking into account weekends etc.
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase please feel free to get in touch with us and give us the opportunity to put it right for you.
If an item needs to be returned all we ask is that it is returned to us using the same procedure that we used when we sent to you---For instance, if we have sent it to you without any postage charges (usually mainly DVD,s etc?) then you return it at your cost. If we have charged postage then we will of course calcualte that into the total refund when the item has been returned to us. But if you are retuning an item because of something that we have done or failed to check properly, in other words because it,s our mistake then we will of course cover your postage back to us when we refund etc.
We want to work with you and make sure that your e bay experience is good. So if there is a problem please let us know we are quite confident that we will be able to work something out that keeps everyone happy.
