Making A Purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store or listings, and click on the Buy Now button. eBay will then guide you through the rest of the transaction. We accept credit card payment via Pay Pal. We prefer to ship to addresses that have been verified by PayPal. This is not only for your protection but for ours as well.

Returns Policy

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are having problems with our products, we encourage you to contact us. We take pride in the products we sell, and we want you to be happy with them. If the buyer has questions, please ask -- were always happy to help!

Fight Stuff UK products carry a 14-days same product exchange policy for defective products. Unopened Fight Stuff UK packages [the package that the product is shipped in] may be returned with no restocking fee within 5 working days of receipt. Buyers are to contact our returns department to request an authorization number [RMA]. All other sales are final.

No product returns or exchanges will be accepted without a Fight Stuff issued authorization number [RMA] -- shipments without an authorization number printed clearly on the address label will be refused. Buyers are to ship their product via a method that provides a tracking number and a signature upon delivery. If a Fight Stuff representative does not sign accepting receipt of a package, Fight Stuff accepts no liability for a buyers package or any lost product. If a buyer sends a purchased product to Fight Stuff without following these guidelines, Fight Stuff retains the sole right to refuse delivery of such return or deny credit. With the exception of the defective unit exchange and unopened package [within 5 days] return policies stated above, all sales are final.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled in whole or in part at our discretion, taking into account the status of your order at the time you request cancellation. If your order has shipped, you will be required to reimburse us for shipping and other expenses.

As soon as you place your order, we begin processing your order. Most items ship within 5 business days. Once the product has been shipped and you wish to cancel while it is in transit to your town you will be responsible for shipping charges back to the warehouse as well as to your town or city. In addition a charge of 1/3 of the total invoice of the retail amount will be charged for a re-stocking fee.
