Welcome to Fields of Blue Home Shopping

We try to make your purchase as simple and easy as possible, so please take a moment to look through these details.

Shop items are all NEW, and are NOT seconds unless we state that in the listing. If you click on the buy button you are agreeing to buy that item. All items should be in stock, however at certain times we maybe waiting for new stocks to arrive as we sell through a number of different channels so stock updates are not always guaranteed. If you need something by a specific date, please let us know or check first, this saves disappointments.

Postage discounts are available on nearly all multiple purchases. These will be calculated automatically on checkout if you make all the purchases at the same time. If you buy one item, then wish to return later to add more items, you can still get your postage discount - simply do not pay until all purchases are made, (Postage discounts are available providing we have not already shipped the first item). You may need to ask for an invoice if the items do not combine automatically.

Payment

We accept payments via PayPal, or for UK customers we accept Sterling Cheques, or Postal Orders: Payable to G Cheeseman. Please do not send cash unless you send it by Recorded Delivery - overseas buyers MUST use PayPal unless we agree otherwise. You can also pay by Credit / Debit cards over the phone 0870 765 0200 (normally available Mon - Friday 9.30 - 4.30) or leave a message and we will call you.

Full payment details will be given in your confirmation screen & email.

Postage & Shipping

The UK postage prices shown on the listings are for UK Zone 1, this is for mainland Britain. This excludes the following postcodes as well as the islands IOW, IOM, C.I.

Postage for larger or heavy items to the following postcodes may incur a surcharge if this applies we will notify you as soon as possible after the buying so you can then decide if you wish to proceed with the purchase or cancel the order without penalty.

We use Royal Mail or ParcelForce or DHL for most UK shipments, you will get a confirmation email once shipment has been made. We pack & ship Monday - Friday and will usually have your article sent in 48 hours, however please allow for delays due to holidays or sickness. Smaller items cannot be tracked, larger items can be tracked although we cannot be responsible for any delays or loss by any shipping method as this is outside of our control. We will try and assist in resolving any loss or delay wherever possible.

If you are not likely to be in to receive the parcel – let us know if the item can be left safely with a neighbour or a shed etc., this saves on -  'while you were out card' and the need for you to rearrange delivery with the carrier (as we cannot reorganise them / you)  if you do get a card please respond to it quickly (to the carrier not us), otherwise the item will be returned to us, and a charge will be incurred if we are to deliver it again. We will notify you by email once shipment has been made.

We reserve the right to amend postage rates due to unforeseen circumstances; we will advise you first so you can accept them or cancel the order without penalty.

Customer Services

Try as we might, Items will sometimes get damaged and so if you have a problem please contact us by email first so we can try and resolve it, which we manage in nearly all cases.

Returns

We want you to enjoy your purchase, however we accept returns on all new items provided they are returned in original packing and resalable condition. Items need be returned within 14 days, return postage is at your expense and please obtain a certificate (proof) of postage from the post office / carrier. Refunds will be made no later than 30 days after safe receipt. (usually in 7 days)

If there is a problem with your item (regrettably it happens occasionally) Please let us know first so we can determine the best course of action.
