Problems with your order from Fenris Games? Products not exactly what you wanted or needed?
The Distance Selling Regulations provide for a ‘cooling off period’ that allows a consumer buying online from a business to cancel their order 7 working days from the day on which they receive the goods. We will therefore accept returns of undamaged, unopened goods in their original packaging within 14 days and will refund the full purchase price via PayPal. Please note, however, that return postage costs must be paid by you.
All returns must be sent to our workshop address: Fenris Games, Unit 5, Ordnance Mews Workshops, Chatham Historic Dockyard, Kent ME4 4TE.
Please make sure to obtain a proof of posting as we will require this for any claims of lost returns.
