If I have made a mistake with your item, I will refund your initial postage cost plus costs incurred in it's return. You will need to obtain proof of sending in case of loss/damage sending back. Should you just want to return because you changed your mind, I will only refund the cost of the item. I will send an Ebay transaction cancellation request and once completed you will receive your refund.

Please note that all postage prices include cost of postage, materials, franking subscription and any fees that occur on that proportion of the payment. All items need to be sent by a recorded or trackable service to conform to PayPal's seller guidelines.
