Customers should be aware that the 'Postage & Packing' charge includes a 'Handling Fee'.   This covers the cost of the time it takes to process your order and any transportation costs to the Post Office. It is not a quotation for the Postage cost alone. All Giftbags are individually checked and packed to order.

Shortages or Faulty Goods must be advised within 3 days of receipt of order.  Goods should then be returned in original packaging & unused condition within 10 days.   Replacement will be sent if available, otherwise value of goods will be refunded.
