Payment by Paypal is always preferred, it means we can process delivery of your purchase much quicker than by payment by say cheque or postal order. We endeavour to process your order upon receipt of payment and despatch your item within 48 hours. Returns are accepted on the principal that the item has been unused and is returned within 14 days of postal date. Return postage is at the cost of the purchaser and is not refundable. Please contact me before returning any item as alternatives may be offered. Refunds are made by the same transaction method as you made payment i.e if you paid by PayPal then your refund is made by PayPal. Paypal commision is not refundable.
