If by some chance your item should arrive broken, return it to me within 14 days by Recorded and signed for post, and I will gladly refund you the cost or send you a replacement.

If you don't pick your item up or arrange for FREE re-delivery from your local post office, the item will be returned to me. To resend your item, you will have to pay the postage.
