Please make sure that your name and address are the same on Paypal as they appear on Ebay.
To purchase any item, you MUST be verified with Paypal and have a CONFIRMED
address.
Not being verified with Paypal can cause a delay in the dispatching of items, and or a refund and not being able to purchase any item.
There will be no posting of items to an address that is not listed on the Paypal invoice.
Echeques: These can take up to 10 working days to go through, sometimes longer. Please be patient, as we must be. As soon as Echeque payment clears, items will be dispatched.
Private Feedback
In the interest of online security and prevention of malicious bidding, Fairy Magyk reserves the right to cancel bids of anyone with private feedback to ensure all bidding and purchasing is done fairly and safely.
Private Feedback risks bids being cancelled and the user blocked from future bidding.
Fairy Magyk believes a members profile is a valuable asset that helps both the buyer and the seller earn the trust of other Ebay members.

Fairy Magyk uses a lot of time and effort to have our photographs show our products effectively and people who 'steal' our photographs, and/or link to them will have your listings removed by Ebay. It is against Ebay policy to use anothers photos without permission of the owner and we will enforce this to the maximum.
Non Payment
If anyone places a bid or makes a purchase under the Buy it Now listings and doesn't pay will have a non payment dispute started after 7 days.
The purpose of Terms and Conditions are for buyers to be fully aware of what each listing entails. There is no excuse for not paying. All postage costs are listed, as are shipping times, product information and contact details..
You must communicate with your seller BEFORE you purchase if you have any questions. You are responsible for your payment(s).
Feedback
Once a transaction is completed..that is when the buyer has recieved their item(s) and are satisfied, then feedback should be left. If a buyer is unhappy with their purchase please try to solve the problem before leaving a neutral or negative. Sometimes sellers get unjustified negatives if the post office loses an item or breaks something in transit. The seller doesn't deserve a negative for that. If something were to go amiss Fairy Magyk will do everything in its power to make sure the customer is happy.
International Postings
Please allow 10 working days, sometimes a few days longer depending on your customs.
Fairy Magyk will always endeavour to put the customer first. Abiding by the set terms and conditions helps to make transactions go smoothly.
