I post Monday - Friday. If you make a purchase after 12PM Your item is shipped the next day. If by some chance your item should arrive broken, return it to me within 14 days by Recorded and signed for post, and I will gladly refund you the cost or send you a replacement. No hassles.

Please notify me within 3 days of receipt of item if there's something wrong. I will refund your postage for the return on defective and/or unbroken items.

All our items are very carefully packed. We have proof of posting for all items sent by 1st Class, Courier and International Signed For/Trackable Post.

PLEASE NOTE: If you're not in when your item(s) are delivered, the postman will leave a card for pick up. If you don't pick your item up or arrange for FREE re-delivery from your local post office, the item will be returned to me. To resend your item, you will have to pay the postage. You can easily arrange free re-delivery from the PO online. Go to Royal Mail track & trace and click the link for re-delivery. Easy as 1-2-3!

International Customers:
Please do not leave neutral or negative feedback if your parcel is held up in Customs and takes a bit longer than you hoped. I can’t make Customs clear your package any quicker. I know it’s a pain to wait but security is important to our Countries.

Please do not leave neutral or negative feedback if you have paid with an echeque and your parcel takes forever to reach you. Paypal echeques can take up to 21 days to clear and although they say 3-4 days, that is simply not true for customers outside of the USA.

Paypal sends me a notification when your echeques have cleared and that is when I post items.

Please do not give me neutral or negative feedback because of the currency exchange rate, I hate the price difference as much as you do which is why I do my best to cut your postage costs. I always pay the overage for postage as an appreciation to you for your business.

I will leave feedback for you once I know that you are happy with everything.
