Fairy Magyk leaves feedback when the transaction is completed. When you have your product(s) and are completely satisfied with their purchases and service and have left appropriate feedback, I will leave feedback for you.

As you may have heard, Ebay has changed it’s feedback and rating system.
All I ask is that if there is anything wrong with your item when you receive it, to please contact me before leaving any neutral or negative feedback.
If you want to see when your parcels are posted and how much it cost, please look at the stamp on the parcel. I always post same day if an order is received before noon (UK time) and the next day if purchases are after noon.
My feedback is very important to me as a seller on Ebay, and for me it’s the same as an advertisement.
All I ask is if you have any breakage, wrong items (not an occurrence BUT there’s always a 1st time) or anything about your purchase that you aren’t happy with, please contact me and I will do whatever I can to make your shopping experience a good one with Fairy Magyk.
International Customers:
Please do not leave neutral or negative feedback if your parcel is held up in Customs and takes a bit longer than you hoped. I can’t make Customs clear your package any quicker. I know it’s a pain to wait but security is important to our Countries.
Please do not leave neutral or negative feedback if you have paid with an echeque and your parcel takes forever to reach you. Paypal echeques can take up to 21 days to clear and although they say 3-4 days, that is simply not true for customers outside of the USA.
Paypal sends me a notification when your echeques have cleared and that is when I post items.
Please do not give me neutral or negative feedback because of the currency exchange rate, I hate the price difference as much as you do which is why I do my best to cut your postage costs. I always pay the overage for postage as an appreciation to you for your business.
I will leave feedback for you once I know that you are happy with everything.
