Customers who cancel orders and require a Refund due to careless 'duplicate orders' and 'mistaken purchases' are subject to listing fee costs. These costs will be debited if a refund is offered. NON PAYING BIDDERS WILL BE DEALT WITH BY EBAY!!!

On receipt of the goods you have the right to cancel within 7 days. A refund will be given within 30 days of cancellation once the goods have been returned. All carriage return costs are to be paid for by the customer unless the goods have developed a manufacturer's fault within the warrenty period. This is the only charge that will be levied.
